Shipping policy

Germany

All orders within Germany are shipped as insured DHL parcels. Shipping costs are €6.50. Orders usually arrive within 2-4 working days.

International

Orders outside Germany can generally be shipped using two shipping methods. Smaller orders such as resin parts or 1-2 kits are shipped as DHL parcel post. Within Germany, the carrier is Deutsche Post AG, and in the destination country, it is usually the local postal service. This has the advantage that all shipments are sent by air freight and can therefore reach even distant parts of the world quickly. Shipping costs start at €8.50 and increase variably with the size of the order to a maximum of €12.50.

For larger orders, as well as all orders to the USA, a DHL parcel is mandatory. The costs for this are up to €80.00. Due to the elimination of the de minimis rule, shipments to the USA can only be sent as fully customs-cleared DHL parcels. The customs duties are paid to us in advance so that there are no additional, non-transparent costs upon import. These packages are also transported by air freight. Shipments reach their destination within approximately 2 weeks.
